How do I send you my photos?

On the listings page there are boxes to click and add your images to, or drag and drop them in. If the file type you are trying to send is unsupported please message me info@winterhart.co.uk and I will help.

What photos shall I send?

I will need clear straight-on photographs of all people and pets to be included on the bauble. For pets, please choose a sensible angle and lighting to show them in their best light. Animals with dark fur in particular are easier to see when photographed outside. For longer nosed animals, a photo of them looking to the side often works best.

I need to send you more photos than the website will allow me.

If you need to send more photos then email them to info@winterhart.co.uk, along with your name and order number.

How soon will my order be shipped?

For personalised baubles I aim to get them painted and dispatched within 5-7 days. Sent via DPD Next Day Tracked delivery.

For bespoke baubles (Families and pets) I aim to have them painted and dispatched within 7-14 days. Sent via DPD Next Day Tracked delivery.

PRE-ORDERS will be sent to arrive October '23.

What date do you close for orders?

I aim to be open as far into December as I can, but in previous years have had to close the books early December in order to get everything painted and posted in time for Christmas. Please bare with me during this busy season.

When can I pre-order?

Pre-orders wil be opening at the beginning of September 2023. Sign up to the mailing list for updates.

When will my order arrive?

Pre-orders will be sent out to arrive in the first week of October, plenty of time before Christmas! You will be notified when they are sent.

When do I need to send the photos for my bauble?

Photos need to be sent at the time of ordering, using the upload boxes on the product page. If you need to send more afterwards then email them to me at info@winterhart.co.uk, along with your name and order number.
